I’m a happy customer! I was a little nervous after reading some reviews that said their order never arrived, but I’m glad I decided to give it a try. My machine arrived earlier than expected (less than 1 week) and I was updated by email several times during that time. I’ve only used my machine a few times so far so I can’t comment on the results yet, but it seems to work similarly to the devices in med spas. We’ll worth the money. I would not hesitate to buy from Mychway again!

INITIAL REVIEW (2 stars): There were no instructions for how to assemble anything or how to even use the machine. I emailed asking for instructions and got no response. The only email I received was to ask me to confirm I received the machine. After that, nothing. Terrible customer service.

UPDATED REVIEW (4 stars): Within 12 hours of posting my initial review, I was contacted by the seller and provided with the machine's instruction manual and YouTube video via email and WhatsApp. Additionally, the seller apologized for the oversight.

Tiny problem-no instruction manual inside of the box. Received an e-mail with the link. Instruction video that was mentioned upon purchasing nowhere to be found.
