The customer service of this company has been outstanding from the very beginning. Amelia and the team have kindly and patiently answered all of my questions, always taking the time to offer helpful solutions and support. The machine I ordered arrived right on time and is of excellent quality. I’ve now had the chance to fully test it, and I’m very happy with how it works—it’s easy to use and performs exactly as expected. It’s also great to know that I can continue to rely on their support if needed.

MIYA!!! Best CS rep EVAH!!! Have 100 percent always had GREAT customer service from Mychway (which is insane considering they're sending 1000 dollar objects around the GLOBE!) Seriously do NOT fear ordering from them AT ALL. But Miya was EXCEPTIONAL. Any even stupidly random questions I've had, they've always been helpful! Do not fear ordering from them.

Amazing service the customer service ladies were all helpful and so kind to me and my bad english. Besides the hour difference gap they email me immediatelly to answer my questions.
The machine got in greece in a week in perfect condition and package!
